Google couldn't keep it under wraps again, full specifications of Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL revealed Google has once again shown that it has trouble keeping the specifications of its unreleased new products under wraps. This time, we learn the probable specifications of the Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL from a reliable source. Don't expect major changes, this year will be about evolution. Sdílejte: Vašek Švec Publikováno: 1. 7. 2025 10:00 The new generation of Google Pixel smartphones traditionally belongs among the most anticipated new products in the smartphone market – even though in recent years it has been more about year-on-year evolution. This will be no different with the upcoming new models. The leaked specifications of the Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL reveal only minimal changes compared to last year. Where can we expect improvements, and will the changes even be worth it? Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL Specifications Probably the biggest change under the hood will be the new Google Tensor G5 chipset. Although it is expected to be newly manufactured by TSMC using 3nm technology, the processor design is said to be based on its predecessor, and we will likely see changes in the graphics chip. The Mali graphics from ARM should be replaced by a solution from Imagination Technologies, which is returning to mainstream graphics chip producers after several years. The NPU responsible for AI functions should also see improvements, and most importantly, Google will deploy its own ISP for photo processing instead of Samsung’s solution. A relatively significant change could also be a larger vapor chamber for heat dissipation from the chipset, as this is an area where Pixels still have room for improvement – although the Google Pixel 9a already represented a relatively significant improvement in this regard. Both «Pros» are expected to offer 16 GB of RAM, and while the smaller model will still start with just 128 GB of storage, the XL model will offer at least 256 GB. The maximum for both models should be 1 TB. On the front of both phones, everything will remain the same, so we can look forward to a 6.3″ display on the Pixel 10 Pro and a 6.8″ display on the Pixel 10 Pro XL. In both cases, these will be OLED panels with a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a maximum brightness of 3,000 nits. They are expected to be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The camera setup is also expected to be retained. The specifications of the Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL in this regard include a 50MP primary, 48MP ultrawide, and last but not least, a 48MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom. A new feature should be the ability to take macro shots using both the periscope and macro cameras. Digital zoom and stabilization are also expected to see significant improvements. In the case of the smaller Pixel 10 Pro, we will see a 100mAh smaller, 4,870 mAh battery, whereas the Pixel 10 Pro XL will offer a larger, 5,200mAh battery. Both models are expected to support 15W wireless Qi2 charging and 29W wired charging. The new models are expected to be unveiled on August 20th, with sales potentially starting on August 28th.
